New Features: Release September 2023
Introduction:
The Headset App is excited to announce a new product update that includes some particularly new and exciting features. This release focused on making our product even more user-friendly, efficient and dynamic by providing features to our users that you can’t get anywhere else. Let’s take a look.

Connected Users Tab: If you don’t want to go searching through each channel to find particular team members, now you don’t have to. Now there’s even more user control. With the new bar at the top-right of the screen you can now easily see each person, the room they are in, and if they are talking or muted.
All Channels Button: You, like many other coaches, might need to talk to all of your coaches at the exact same time. Instead of cruising through each channel to get everyone on the same page, you can now utilize the new “All Channels” button, to make announcements across all channels at once.
Apple Watch App: Perhaps our most exciting announcement is our release of the Apple Watch App. Users with Apple Watches can now download the watch feature that instantly connects them to the same user interface as their phone. No more pulling your phone out of your pocket to mute, change channels, etc. You can do everything the app can do on your Apple Watch.
Updated Sounds: We are a user-driven development company. We care deeply about our users (your!) experience and your opinions, thoughts, ideas and feedback help us design a product that you want. This is a great example of changes made because of your feedback.

Send invites to your coaches and staff – right in the app.

Run a few tests with your staff to get a feel for using the app.
